Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Margevue's website and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Margevue is

Margevue is a business intelligence service that analyzes information you provide and delivers a monthly report highlighting potential write-offs, cost savings, pricing opportunities, and recommended actions for your business.

2. Your account & information

You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for what you submit to your hub. You retain ownership of the information you provide. You grant us permission to use it solely to deliver and improve your service.

3. The money-found guarantee

For each active paid month, if your report does not identify value (in potential write-offs, savings, and revenue opportunities) at least equal to your subscription fee for that month, that month's fee is waived or refunded upon request. "Identified value" refers to estimates surfaced in your report, not guaranteed realized dollars, which depend on your own actions and your tax professional's confirmation.

4. Payment, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Free-trial terms are described at signup.

5. Referral & partner programs

Referral discounts apply only for referred businesses that become and remain active paying clients, and stack up to 100% of your subscription. Partner commissions apply to referred clients for as long as they remain active. We may modify or end these programs with reasonable notice; abuse or fraudulent referrals may result in removal.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Margevue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the information in your reports. The service is provided "as is." Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Margevue operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
